Hosted in Switzerland
The application server is hosted by Infomaniak in Geneva, Switzerland. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
What data may be involved
Account and login data, the company and leadership data you enter, and publicly available company information. Technical logs are also used to operate the service. No private contact data is added.
Clearly identified public sources
The Suite processes official or publicly available information: the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC/SHAB), the commercial register (Zefix, where available) and your company’s own website.
AI processing without model training
A language-model service is used for the specific purposes of preparing information, recommendations and evidence of impact. Your data is not used to train the models.
Results require review
Facts, assessments and recommendations are presented separately. Results require review and do not replace decisions by the leadership team.
Access and traceability
Access to the product application is protected. Passwords are stored exclusively as hashes. Decisions are recorded with their basis, reasoning and expected impact so they remain traceable.
